1. United Arab Emirates (UAE Orders)
 • Exchange: Items can be exchanged within 5 days from the date of delivery.
 • Return: Items can be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.
 • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
 • Items not in their original condition or missing tags will not be accepted.
 • Sale, discounted, or customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

2. GCC Countries (Outside UAE)
 • For all GCC orders (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar):
No returns and no exchanges are allowed.

 • For all international orders outside the GCC:

4. Damaged or Wrong Items (UAE Only)

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product within the UAE, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or correction.
